How can I send a report via email?????

How can I send a report via email and have it look like the original report? When I try the file send command, i only get certian choices such as excel, html, rt or dos. Can anyone help me with this??

I recently had the same problem. I wanted to send copies of an Access report by email but exporting the report to Word omitted important features from the report.

What I did was to export the report and saved it as type "Snapshop format". This creates a "high-fidelity" copy of the Access report.

This works fine as long as the person receiving the report has Snapshot viewer installed on their PC (it is automatically installed the first time a report snapshot is created in Access). If they don't then include a link to this webpage where they can download a copy of the program
