How do I add in a table

I have a table with the following fields

Total Hours
Total Hours worked
Total Hours Rest

I would like to automatically populate the Total Hours field by adding the other two field together. I can do it on a form with the following formula in an unbound field but it does not carry over to the table

=([Total Worked]+[Total Rest])

We do not store calculated values in tables, calculations are easily done in queries, forms, report when and where you need them.

All kidding asside though, you shouldnt store calculated values period.
