How do I export a table design view?

I have four tables in a single .MDB file. I need to export the contents of the Design View of each table to a text file. How do I go about doing that? I've tried the help files and Access for Dummies, but neither are giving me the info I need.

Open the DB, and go to Tools -> Analyze -> Documenter. From there, you can output the design specifics of your tables, queries, forms, etc. Click on the Options button to alter what level of detail gets output from here.
