How do I insert code into a posting on this site?

In the reply box - press the Go Advanced button.
You will see a # character.
Select the text you want to put in the code box and then press the # character.
Alternatively you can type [ C O D E ]
And [ / C O D E ] (Without the spaces) around the text to do it manually.
