How do I insert data from a form into a Report or Word Document?

I have a small application that uses a form to perform a few calculations and then I need to get a few relevant data items into a report or a word document at the push of a button. Can I do this in design view or do I need code.

Any advice appreciated

Hi Stu,
I struggled with a similar problem. In the end I found the best way to work with calculations throughout a database, is to have them based in an underlying query. Put the calculating expression in the "Field" row. The calculation will then carry through both the form and the report. Unfortunatly, it sounds like your calculations are already set up in a finished form. If you continue to have all the calculations originate on the form you will have to find a code to pull the info onto the report. Putting the calculations in a query makes the database smaller, and consequently faster. Good Luck.
