How Do I Resize My Forms

I have been working on a database in access 2007. I have been doing all of this on a trial and error basis. Thanks to this forum, I have acomplished a lot. Everything is going pretty good except I haven't figured out how to make my forms smaller instead of it spreading out accross the whole page. I know its something simple, I just can't figure it out. Thanks in advance.
