How do i update my form?

Hello,

I Have made a change to a field in my tables. it was was based on ethnic background and originally i had just created the field but had not added in the options ( via adding it into the row sources).

So now the tables field have been updated but unfortunately on the form it has not updated into the dropdown i had created containing the options..

Please can someone help me

sounds like you need to modify the rowsource of your dropdowns to take into account the changes you have made to the table it references

But how do i modify the row source?

in form design view, click on the appropriate dropdown. Then select properties from the ribbon to show the properties if not already showing.

On the data tab you will see rowsource - 2nd row down. click on the 3 dot carat to the right to open the query window.

modify the query as required and save
