how to check for refed/needed files for mdb app

Hello

Can anyone tell me how to check an mdb file, so i can work out which dll's, object files, ref'ed files are needed by a certain mdb file.. because i can not get it to work on one computer

just says

"ole server not registared, to registar, reinstall it"

great error, lol

any help please
