how to create comparison

my first post in here and a total noob i hope anyone can help

i imported 2 excel sheets and created a simple query to show only the columns which i needed, they are only 4 columns

now i am trying to create a view which will find matches btween data and
insert it in a column. where to start ?

lets say in first column i got driver's names list and 2nd column the date of the trip

3rd and 4th columns got the authorized name and date of travel

i need to create a match so that each driver who got an authorization on the same date should be listed in a seperate column
