How to create multiple Parameter query???

Hi all,
Can anyone please help me in creating a parameter query with multiple parameters??.

To be specific: The user should be able to enter Address, City, County for searching related records from the database table. Thanks!!

IN the query grid under your Address field for example, in the criteria row reference the text box control that the user enters the address into. So say your form is named Contact, and within that form the user enters the address he looking for into a text box called txtAddress in the criteria row type
=[Forms].[Contact].[txtAddress]

do that for each parameters in a new column in your query
