How to dispay most frequent value on report

I have a report based on a query that is based on criteria entered on a search form I created.

I would like to display the most frequent pay rate for an employee.
E.g: The report displays the following:

John 15.00
Mark 15.00
Jane 20.00
Jan 16.00
Jone 14.00
Jack 15.00

I would like to display 15.00 to be the most frequent pay rate.

Can anyone help with this?
