How to do percents ?

I have a table / Query that when I type in a product name it will pull up the product, specific weight (in grams) and the ingredients that are in it.
(see example below)
I want to be able to type in a percent and have it calculate the percent of the specific weight that is first shown, then show the results.

mycookies:
chocchip specific weight flour (type in percent) (show result)
chochip specific weight salt (type in percent) (show result)
chochip specific weight butter (type in percent) (show result)

I also need this to be able to do the same thing even if there is only one
ingredient for a cookie.

the problem is that

I need to be able to change the percent on a constant basis
for each ingredient and thats why I cant base the percent on
a set percent value.

I need to be able to take the specific weight...the one that shows up
when I type in the name (mycookie)...the weight shows up as 225.65
for example.

So it needs to be :

mycookie.....specific weight times whatever percent of the ingredient I need
and that percent will always be changing.

Thank you Pat...with your help I was able to
get it to work. I used the [weight]*[percent]
in the Final area and it worked out great.
