How to filter a form when button is clicked based on user input (1 Viewer)

I am working on a cellphone inventory database. Currently, when using the form, users will find the [Phone Number] field, right click, then filter to a specific phone number to view that record.
I would like to program a button where, when clicked, a popup box will appear from the form asking the user to input the phone number to filter to.
So essentially, I want to eliminate the right click, and select filter and turn that into a button instead.
Is this possible?

you can even have a Combobox ( filled with tel nos) instead of textbox.
