How to generate report per new record

I've been searching the net and here for awhile and can't seem to find the answer ...so here goes ...

Basically, eveytime a new record is added, the app will email a report to me as a notification that the a new record has been added to the tables. The problem I'm having is .... the report seems to include all records and I only care to see the new one.

How can a achieve this?

I would guess that you need to add a 'where [recordID] = [newrecordID]' clause to your statement.

There are tons of examples on this site. Do a search on this site for 'email single record'.
