How to hide all the bars

How can I remove all the bars specially the menu bar:
File, Edit, View, Insert,...

while in Database window
Click on Tools=> then select Start up.

then uncheck: Allow Full Menus,Allow Default menus,Allow Built-in Toobars,Allow Toolbar/Menu Changes
