how to hide upper home,design etc and office buttton from a user except backup command in office button plz help me ?

You can remove a lot of the built-in functionality of Access by creating an .accde type file. This will not remove all of the capability in the menu. You would need to create a custom menu and only provide the functionality your application needs for each form or other situation.
