Question How to host DB online

I would like to put my access 2003 DB online in read only mode, would like to be able to upload a fresh copy every week. End user just needs to be able access database and read the reports. See few options on line but very expensive I prefer much cheapness I have access to host websites

There are a number of choices:

1) Terminal Server
2) ASP or another scripting language
3) Cloud Technology

All involve an investment of time and resources.

If your client is up for it then you will need to have a commitment that were prepared to resource the project.
