How to make colored bars in a report ...?

I know I've seen it somewhere on this forum, but can't for the life of me remember where...... what I want to do is have alternating lines on a report have different colors, so that the report looks like the old-fashioned "greenbar" computer paper. What I'm looking for is a code snippet that works in either a report's detail or header section.
