How to make some fields data appear for a new records (1 Viewer)

I have a form with Combo boxes that contain employee's names and another one contains the unit each employee belongs to, i need whenever i select for example my name and add a new record, it automatically puts my name again in the new record so that i can add more records with the same name instead of going to the Combo box again and again to select the name of the employee.
