How to Open a blank web form

Hi, i am currently using Access 2010 and have a web database. I currently have a form for the users to provide input, but when i open the form it shows the first record... I've read that you could change data entry in design mode to yes, however, since i'm using a web database, i don't have design mode enabled.

how can i accomplish this?

Web forms still have a Data Entry property. Open the form in Layout View, right click and select Form Properties, go to the Data tab. There you will find the Data Entry property.
