How to reference winsock.ocx?

Hello,

I would like to be able to reference winsock.ocx in one of my projects but I cannot find it in the list under VBA Editor > Tools > References > Avalible References. What you be as kind as to help me? I am a young vba programmer and a new member here on the forum
