Hoping to find some help, please.
My Real Estate office generates frequent "mass mailings" to our area's homeowners, hoping to have someone list their property for sale with us, HOWEVER, there are some residents who have no intention of selling and who have called our office and demanded that they be REMOVED from our mailing list. This has resulted in me having to keep a hand-written sheet of DO NOT CONTACT names, so each month when I download the most recent database I have to go through the THOUSANDS of names and physically delete the DO NOT CONTACT persons. Is there any way to create a table of DO NOT CONTACT names, update it as needed, and through some query, utilize it on each of my most recent database downloads to delete those person's names that do not want to receive mail from us?
Thank you in advance for any advice you can provide.
