How to Retrieve Deleted Table??!

Is there a way to recover deleted table for access 2003?
My database has a table split into back-end and placed on the network drive. Unfortunately the backend table where my project was referenced was accidentally deleted! I have no backup for that, now my database was a messed!

Total missed the locked and sticky thread at the top of this forum

luckily the IT people in my office do an automatic backup of our network drive so they succesfully recovered my file.
