How to separate form from content?

I have excell where I like to have also form. Is this possibility to set as content has actually[FONT=&quot]:bold,[/FONT][FONT=&quot]italic,[/FONT][FONT=&quot]superscript.

As I know in the past this was solved in [FONT=&quot]VB procedure.[/FONT]
