How to store field value to different tables?

Is it possible to store field value to different tables?
If so can you please show me how to do that (With Acess GUI )?

I have several tables and one form .
The form contains several fields .
I need that some fields values will store in the other tables too.
Tell me if it is not clear for you then I'll draw to you.

First do some searches and reading on "Normalization". I think you will find it is not necessary or correct to store the same info in more then one table.
