How to update quantities in report

Hi everyone, I am creating an inventory database and I am having problems with my report displaying the quantity of units on hand. I used the wizard to create all of the other parameters such as Product Name, Category, Part Number etc.. however I am unable to include the Units On Hand correctly. I have the form and the formula in my subform working great, with the units on hand being updated as the quantity changes. However I want the most current quantity to be reflected in the report when its executed. I tried copying and pasting the formula itself in the report but it doesn't work and I am stuck, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
