Hi, firstly I have put a similar topic on in 'tables' but for a different issue.
Basically I am making a database for a video rental company as my A level coursework.

I actually no NOTHING about Access....but the bare basics.

The databases main aims are:

Inputs:
The system should allow the user to enter a customers name and post code, and it will search through the records and bring up the correct details

The system should allow users to input a loan on a customers file.

The user should be able to add customers and videos; these will then be added to the current list of customers and videos

Processes / Calculations:

The system should alert the user when an age rating has been breached. E.G is a customer under the age of 18 is attempting to rent an 18+ rated film.

When a film is on loan to a customer, it should be added to a ‘list of loans’ and the quantity available reduced to the correct amount.

Outputs / Reports:

All overdue loans should be in the form of a report, allowing the user to print the list off.

Customer details and film details should also be in the form of a report to allow the user to print off details (in case a hard copy is required).

The user should be able to see the customer’s loan history.

The user should be alerted when a film is over due. This should be in the form of a report.

How would you guys go about the table content, relationships and queries?
All help is much appreciated as I need to get cracking on with this coursework.
Also, if anyone is willing to help over MSN/Email, my contact details are:

I really really am grateful for any help!!!

Thanks everyone!!
