It sounded like a great catalogue. I hate seeing stuff go like that. Well maybe it will be worth some bucks in a few years

The end of an era. Yes it will be available online, but that's not the same.

For Canadians, the arrival of the Canadian Tire catalogue four times a year was a special rite.

I guess I can always bring my wireless laptop in there and read it...

It was Joe, there are people who treasure their old copies which are similar to the old Sears catalogues... strangely compelling reading material indeed. I would not be surprized if catalogues like these could top the list of the most read periodicals of all time. :)

Perhaps being in an extremely rural setting I am too sentimental for simple pleasures...:eek:
