I though we had a thread by this title but I couldn't find it...

Anyway, for the hunters out there, this is how you hunt turkey!

Think this is aimed at the bow hunters out there. I still like a "Clean" kill, just wonder what would happen if you don't tag the head or neck.
Think it's a bit gay, to slow, to open to movement by the wind. And if the blades aren't kept real sharp, I can see a lot of wondered birds.

Think I'll stick with duplex #3 and a heavy charge 12gadge.

But you did just post the link to piss Rich off didn't ya?

This happened in a suburb of Atlanta, not a rural area!

It's that time of year again :)

Deer season opened Saturday, going to try a muzzleloader this afternoon... Never hunted with one, has anyone else?

Sorry, only ever used a Taurus .38 special myself :D Killed a few paper targets with it - oh, and a clay pigeon, poor wee thing, I gave it a decent funeral though lol.

By the way, I've named the Turkeys for you, we have Anne Bolyn; Mary Queen of Scots; Marie Antoinette... Shame they're all female

The headless turkey in the #1 post link? :p
