Hyperlink on form

I have a form for looking at UPS Worldship charges. I would like to add a button that would take the user to the tracking information on the UPS website. I have the hyperlink in a query and it works fine if I copy paste it to Explorer or Firefox but I don't know how to get it on the form. I have tried adding it as a text box but the hyperlink doesn't work.

I have a table named tblUPSWorldship with one field containing:

http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/track?HTMLVersion=5.0&loc=en_US&trackNums=

and another containing:

&track.y=10&Requester=TRK_MOD&showMultipiece=N&detailNumber=undefined&WBPM_lid=homepage%2Fct1.html_pnl_trk

The tracking number is in the tblUPSInvoice table: 1Z5581330353531972

So the hyperlink returned is:

http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/...=undefined&WBPM_lid=homepage/ct1.html_pnl_trk

Any help would be appreciated!
