Hyperlink to a file using a dialog box

Hi all,

I have a quite simple database where users would log problems into a form (frmIssues - see attached) and create a screenshot file of it and then hyperlink to it (all screenshots files would be placed in a single location). All I want to do is have a quick and easy way of doing this.

I was thinking of simply having a button that opens a standard browse dialog box (that 'starts' at the required folder) and the user selects the appropriate file. Then, when the user OK's the browse dialog box, the hyperlink field automatically gets filled.

Is this too much (and too complicated)? Is there a simpler way perhaps?

Any suggestions / solutions would be very greatly be appreciated. I attach the sample database for your perusal.
