I am new to Access and trying to learn and build up my knowledge learning from Google and YouTube videos.

I am here in this forum will lots of expectation to get guidance and co-operation from you all experts.

I think and I have hope to gain for what I am looking

Many members of this site have been here for a decade or more, helping people such as yourself.

Therefore I am confident you will get the help and advice you need!

One of the best ways to begin is to have your own project you want to develop, possibly a work project or a hobby. This gives you a goal and extra incentive to push through the the various barriers.

If you use a work project then it is likely the project will contain confidential information, information that you are not allowed to share outside of the company.

If this is the case then it it is normal to have two versions of your database one which is in use, and one which you develop. The developer version will contain dummy data of no significance, hence you are able to share it when you require advice.
