I am creating a report that spans several pages per record (the report contains alot of preformatted text with data from my query filled in to blanks on the form). When in the design view, I can only stretch the height of the report to a max of 22". Which limits me to 2 pages for each record. Does anyone know how to get around this or have a suggestion for a better way to do this?

Thanks in advance!

I think that Im a bit greener than you are, but what about creating multiple reports ?
I.E. Pages 1 & 2 in one report and pages 3 & 4 in another report. ETC, ETC.

You should think about having a main report with the relevant detail and then multiple sub-reports all linked. This way, it would look as though it is just 1 report to the end user, but you will not be limited by Access's 22" report length.

Good luck
