Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to show if a record in a subform is filled with any data.

For example:
I got a form with a subform and linked records from different tables.
We recognize this as a 'plus-sign' in front of the main record.

I would like to show these records bold or italic or coloured if at least one of the subrecords has any data in it.

hope anyone can help me with this.
Thanks in advance
edwin

Count the number of records in the subform by placing a textbox in the Footer section and entering =Count(*) in the Control Source property of the textbox. Use that as your reference for changing the colour.
