Help!!!

I have a form that has four input boxes - EAC : AQ: LessThan10Staff: Less2MillTurnover.

I also have a box, MicroBusiness - which will display a tick if certain conditions apply.

The conditions are- EAC = <55000
AQ = <200000
LessThan10Staff= a tick in the box
Less2MillStaff= a tick in the box

I am trying to put a criteria using IIf funtion in a query - How do I do this?

If those are input boxes, that is a Form thing. If you want to do this on a form, not a query, the logic is a bit different. Please clarify your intention.

If those are also fields in a query, it is not an IIF but a straight Boolean expression. You might need to use the ZOOM option to write this much, but...

IsMicro: ( [EAC]<50000 ) and ( [AQ] < 200000 ) and StaffLT10 and MillStaffLT2

You would use IIF to make the criteria different for different conditions. Here, your conditions are essentially constant so a simple Boolean expression is all you need. The "IsMicro:" just gives it a field name. Otherwise its name would be Expr1.

Thanks DocMan- I would prefer to do it on the form but thought it would be easier as a query, as you can tell I am quite inexperienced. I am using Access 2003.
