Image attachment field in Combo boxissue

I have a form with two combo boxes synchronised. I also have an image which needs to pulled into the form and synchronised also before it is output on a report. I am unable to select the attachment field when I run the combo box wizrd.

ANy ideas or guidance on how I can synch the relevant image would be gratefully recieved.
