Import from Excel errors?

So, I'm trying to import an Excel spreadsheet into a new Access (.mdb in 2007) table. From the External Data tab, Import box, click Excel. Navigate to the file I need. Click through the windows 'til "Finish". I get an error stating that:
"The search key was not found in any record."

I've used this process to create the other tables in this dbse. What is going wrong?
