import option disabled in access 95 (1 Viewer)

hi I am trying to open an access file which has password I do know the password also but problem is when I open it all options of copy /paste everything is disabled I am trying to cover also but it shows "you are trying to convert an encoded database that uses a password .decode the database remove the password and then try again"
all options of save or whatsoever is disabled . please guide me as it is very important I want to import excel files in the table in database.
all options except export to is blocked. the database file is access 95 file format and I am using office 2007

Hi. You might try using Access 2003 instead. Just a thought...

Try going down one more version. Access 2000.

what is the file type of your file? It will probably be .mde or .mdb

all options of access are locked only export working

sir have a file with password the access file is in 95 format and I am trying to open in 2007 it is password encrypted I know the password also but whenever I open it it shows all options locked except for export option even copy paste all are locked I want to import excel file but cannot even...
