Importing from Access 2.0 to Access 97

I have a read only table in Access 2.0 I want to run macro that allows you to run a query and transfer the data to Access 97 to make changes on the data. How do I do this?

The user of Access 2.0 database has wrights to read and write but I don't. And the user does not know Access.
