Importing web orders??

I am new at this, so, please pardon my ignorance.

We are a subscription service. Our customers fill out a web form that is then emailed.

Currently our staff are entering these accounts into our database manually, by printing out the email and entering the information.

I would like to automate this process. Is this possible?

It is a network database, so, we are unable to have the signup feed directly into it.


Any suggestions would be appreciated.
