Incorrect data in report in Excel format

Hi,

I'm currently experiencing a wierd problem.
I have a report that is activated froma button on a form.
If I select a text or snapshot format, the data of the field 'item_id' is correct (i.e. in the same format as it is in the table e.g. 20061110-24 .
However, if I select an excel format some (but not all) of my item-id appear differently - e.g. 1868217.

Anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Check the attribute of the cell in excel is it 'text' or 'number' and the same for the field of your table. That may be part of it. but may not be.
