insert date in a field

I hope someone can point me in the right direction... (I am an absolute beginner.)

I have a form with several fields, and one of them is to enter a date somewhere in the future. I would like to be able to click on a calendar and enter the date, in stead of typing the date. Where do I start?

Go to the Active X controls on the Toolbox menu and add the Calendar Control to your form.... Then search the archive here for how to program it.
