i have created a logo in word, and which we use on all the documents but when i insert it into the database it only allows it to be one size and if i try making it smaller it just crops its, any ideas?

Isn't there a property for the picture box that allows you to stretch/tile/whatever, just like when you're selecting wallpaper for your desktop?

Access 2007 works better with graphics than earlier versions. You will have to edit the graphic outside of Access to the size you want then insert it into your reports. Caution that it will add bloat to your database if you have a lot of stored reports in your database since older versions of Access convert the graphic to a bmp file.

JamesMCS is correct -you need to look at the various tiling/streching/zooming options

one thing that can cause an issue though is the actual size and shape of the graphic. If there is a lot of white space around it, it can prove awkward to size it appropriately, so I would look at that possibility, as well

Yep - in the image object's properties there's an option for size mode, in Access 07 you get a choice of clip, stretch or zoom.
