Intro

Hi everyone,

I am located in Melbourne Australia, I work in an office where most people are not too computer savvy. I know how to fix some basic issues and I usually google the rest until I get the results needed. Now the whole office thinks I am the go to IT person. I like working out the problems, but they think I have a better grasp on things then I do sometimes.

I have encountered some issues and questions that my limited knowledge cannot fix so I have come to a group that knows more than me.
