How do you do...
My name is Vinnie. I hail from Ventura Ca and am a business financial analyst working in agriculture in Oxnard, CA. Last year on a acreage basis we were the Strawberry and Celery farming capital of the world, the company I work for farms these commodities in addition to many others. If you buy Driscolls berries good chance it came from one of our ranches.
So much of my job is vested in the financial business domain but as a BA im trying to get back in touch with using IT solutions to bridge many gaps in business, especially ours. Access will be one of those tools. Im also immersing myself in SharePoint and especially SQL Server, I see there’s a form here for that dbms. I am seeking membership to a serious online community to immerse myself with like minded people and to learn/apprentice from those who are more experienced and masters of this (any other apps), its the best way I learn. It seems that access-programmers.co.uk is the place for that. In a few days ive already received ample help for an access project I will be deploying at work soon from veteran member jzwp22.
Anyway thats who I am and why Im here.
Cheers,
Vinnie
