A Big wholesale company is keeping more than 2000 items in their inventory. I just want the name of those items. No Price. No Discount Details. Nothing other than the name of those items. Would they share? If I ask them Directly? Otherwise what would be the right approach. That only shop is supplying to more than 90% of the cafe's in our city. Recently they opened for retail too...

P.S:
All of those are snack items or their ingredients 😋

Maybe you can craft a way of asking it that makes it sound like you might possibly give them business (a good thing that they desire), but explain that as part of your evaluation process, you wish to be certain you know every item they sell.

It seems like they might be happy to provide you a list

Ask them if they have a catalog of offerings.
