Is it even possible to make a report like this?

Hello,

I am putting together a database for an association of clubs of which I am a member.

The association currently produces its membership directory by someone typing out the information manually into a word document. They don't want to change their format at all (see picture).

Is it even possible for access to generate a report in this format?

Don't see why not. Might involve a couple of subreports.

Isn't that always the case?
I'd be inclined to give them a few choices including their legacy format just because you can.

Ah, Yes. Sub-reports. Hadn't thought of that. Stupidly obvious, now that I think of it, but I don't do a lot with reports. Thanks.

That's exactly what I was hoping to do. Just couldn't work out how to mimic the original, though...
