Is syntax correct?

I think I am missing something here:

I have an unbound form frmGetTwoDatesIncome. There are two unbound text boxes txtBeginDate and txtEndDate. There is also a command button that opens a report. The report calculates totals based on the range between two dates.

In the DATERECEIVED field of the query I have:

Between [frms]![frmGetTwoDatesIncome]![txtBeginDate] And [frms]![frmGetTwodatesIncome]![txtEndDate]

When I click on the command button after selecting the date, I get a parameter box asking for the dates again. Is the syntax correct?

Did you mean to go through the [Forms] collection rather than [frms]?
