Is there anyway to Auto Maximize a form on load?

I want my Switchboard, and all subsequent forms to be maximized on open...so that the form name doesn't show. Is that possible?

Thank you for this...I have been looking for hours for way to maximize the freakin screen. There's so much code out there thats *supposed* to do this, but it doesnt work....

a little trick for hiding the form name is to put a space in the caption property.
