I am creating a database to help manage my self build house project.

This is using access 2010 database

The table that are concerned are

materials
merchants
material prices

I have a table of merchants with their contact details etc and another table
The prices table has 4 fields

id merchant id material id

so I want to assign a price from each merchant to each material.

Heres where the question comes in.

Can I create a form that will list all materials and ask for the corresponding price that I can then send to the merchants to complete?

tried to add the database but i got security tag missing error.??
